16 Nov About Apeiron
Apeiron at the Jockey Club is a planned high-end development that will bring concierge living and five-star hotel accommodations to its namesake community, the storied Jockey Club on Biscayne Bay in northeastern Miami. Apeiron, which means ‘without limits’ in Greek, will pair luxury living with amenities that aim to ensure maximum health, wellness and youth preservation.
Wellness & Community
Apeiron at the Jockey Club will feature a five-acre indoor/outdoor health and wellness facility, tennis courts, and outdoor pools in keeping with its goal of personal wellness. These amenities will be enjoyed by residents of the development’s 240 serviced residential units, as well as guests at the adjacent 90-key, five-star boutique hotel. As part of its community-oriented approach, current Jockey Club residents and their guests will have access to several Apeiron amenities, including a restaurant, bar, spa, and other services. Furthermore, Apeiron at the Jockey Club will construct a new bay-front promenade, children’s playground, dog park and walking paths to be enjoyed by all Jockey Club residents.
Apeiron at the Jockey Club is being led by a team of highly-respected, highly-qualified professionals who have more than a century of combined design, architecture, development and sales experience on projects in every region of the globe. Meet the team:
